Here at TMC we’re known for our reinvestment in water jet cutting technology as much as we’re known for water jet cutting itself. It’s our way of staying ahead of the game whilst adding to our abilities and improving costs and turn around speed.
Like most businesses, we’re constantly looking for new ways to improve and develop – more than ever considering the state of the economy.
One of the things we’re focusing on is the way we communicate with current and new customers. For years we’ve operated with a static website – they’re perfect for creating a simple web presence but not much more.
The launch of our new website aims to showcase completed and future water jet cutting projects. We want new customers to understand our capabilities whilst informing and stimulating the thoughts of existing customers.
The use of social media means we can now share our news and thoughts across platforms such as Facebook and Twitter as well as our own website at the drop of a hat. The days of formal business practices have well and truly gone. Current customers, potential customers and even competitors all have one thing in common, they want to know what you’re doing and how you’re doing it – and we’re no different.
We feel it’s really important everyone understands exactly what sort of a company we are. Excuse the cliche but “big enough to cope, small enough to care” defines our attitude to our business and customers. We will and do stay to finish that urgent job, every customer and order is important to us.
